Products received from IT Creations should be inspected upon delivery to ensure there is no damage as a result of shipping. If products are found to be damaged as a result of shipping the buyer must notify IT Creations within five (5) business days of receipt to request an RMA number and return shipping labels. Products returned after the five (5) business days period without notification or an RMA number will not be warrantied.
